Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy


Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase date.  All merchandise returned will be inspected by Classic Leather Designs prior to exchange merchandise being shipped to customer.  Customer is responsible for return shipping charges plus return shipping of exchange merchandise.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item.


We are able to ship United States orders via UPS or USPS Priorty Mail. Shipping costs are based on your order total.

For International or Rush Shipping, please contact us at 719-372-0111 BEFORE placing your order.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Since our products are custom made and can be personalized, please allow time for production when you are placing your order. Also, any holiday items need to ordered far in advance. Please call us with any questions you may have.
